35 degrees in the shade… call for a salad

It’s to hot to cook anything for lunch today.

The fridge always hides my favourite treats: corn, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, parsley, basil, coriander, chives,dill,  seeds, cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios, macadamia nuts, lentils… add a fresh omelette and you’ve got a gourmet lunch.
